Asset & Life Cycle Management
If your business relies on IT, the chances are that you’ve had to invest fairly heavily in the technology required to perform your necessary tasks. Having invested that money, we want to ensure that you get the very best return from your investment, and therefore we believe that it’s really important to keep your systems reliable and productive for as long as possible. In order to do this, it’s important to be aware of the age and performance of your hardware and software assets.
We monitor your hardware and software assets, and develop a detailed inventory of them as well as record software version, license type, and hardware warranty and age. In order to ensure that your system works as well as it possibly can, we use our expertise to analyse when updates of hardware and software may be required. Of course, these updates cost money, and that’s why Asset Management and Lifecycle Management are so important; having this detailed inventory and analysis of your assets allows us to help you prepare your budget for future costs.

Although we’re specialists in IT, one of the things that make First Stop IT so successful is the fact that we understand business too. We offer a Strategic Planning and Consultancy service that is designed to assist a business in reaching their goals. We use our knowledge of their system and the products that they use in order to help them grow as a business. Our knowledge of the IT industry helps us to recommend the very best products and services on the market, and this in turn can help their business to grow.
