First Stop IT does not provide or market its services to children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
This policy applies where First Stop IT is a Data Controller of your information. The terms of this privacy policy does not govern your information where we process that data on behalf of a third party Data Controller, you should refer to the privacy policy of the relevant Data Controller in that instance.

We are First Stop IT Ltd. Our registered and trading address is Suite 9, Unit 11 West Road, Harlow, CM20 2BU. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference Z8190198. We are dedicated to protecting your personal information, which will be processed in accordance with this fair processing notice.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you.
When you browse our website we automatically receive your IP address, and information which allows us to learn about your browser and operating system.
We only collect your name, email address, and telephone number if you choose to give it to us using our “Contact Us” form.
Why do we need to collect personal data?
In order for us to respond to your enquiries we require your name and contact details.

How long will you keep it for?

As and when our relationship comes to an end, your data will be deleted by First Stop IT Ltd. and our contractors in line with our data retention policy. The data retention periods will be determined by applicable legislation, and full details of these may be obtained on request.
